THE HALL OF HEROES - VR WALKTHROUGH
A 3D interactive model of the Hall of Heroes from Playstation's MediEvil. The environment was put together and interactive elements were added in Unreal Engine. All the textures were created in Blender and Substance Painter.

ASSET MODELLING
The assets were modelled using Blender. The statues were created using Marvelous Designer and Autodesk Character Generator, except for Fortesque's statue which was sculpted in Nomad Sculpt.

BUILDING THE EXPERIENCE
All the textures were created in Blender and Substance Painter, then imported to Unreal Engine with the assets. I then added audio, text, animation and video triggers.
When the user stands in the square in front of each statue, the voice of each statue will play. When the user stands in front of each book and presses 'E' they can read about the history of each of the heroes.
When the user stands in front of the double doors and press 'E' they will open, revealing the statue of Megwynn Stormbinder.
When the user returns to the start and faces the wall behind them, a video screen will appear. When they press 'E' the video will begin to play.
